To provide our customers with the ease of operation, flexibility and freedom from undue maintenance; we design, fabricate, manufacture and install our own process lines. From a single polypropylene tank to a custom manual or automatic turn-key plating line, we can provide the equipment which exactly meets your needs.
ENGINEERING:
Our engineering services use raw data to design the equipment and to create mechanical and electrical AUTO CAD drawing; thus ensuring accuracy. Three dimensional drawings are created which allow for a virtual picture of the future process line.
As a courtesy to our customers, all of the original drawings are filed in our library
for future reference.
 PLASTIC FABRICATION:
Our plastic fabrication department will meet the most stringent of quality demands. Fabrication includes polypropylene, PVC, CPVC and PVDF. We custom design and manufacture tanks, fiberglass walkways, exhaust systems, process line enclosures, etc…
 METAL FABRICATION:
Our metal fabrication allows for custom design to meet specific requirements. We fabricate steel and stainless steel to create tanks, tank support structures, catwalks, stairways and process line superstructure.
VENTILATION SYSTEMS:
Our ventilation system design allows our customers to
meet both EPA and OSHA standards.
HOIST INSTALLATION & RETROFITS:
Retrofitting old manual or automatic hoists with new automated hoists and controls are designed and constructed to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Our hoists are engineered to limit downtime and maintenance, thus resulting in substantial cost saving.
FIELD SERVICE:
Our Field service personnel will repair, replace tanks and tank liners, install pit liners, overhaul automatic plating machines, repair or replace PVC exhaust systems and install new equipment. Our crews are available 24 hours a day to work around production schedules.
